The BA310E optics is based on CCIS© EC Plan Achromatic objectives for transparent samples like sections, smears and dispersions. The N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces provide a fast sample overview, with a maximum ease of use in adjusting the eyepieces to an individual eye sight.
The BA310E microscopes feature a 30W Halogen illumination system in a Full-Koehler setup. The Halogen light source can be replaced by LED modules of different color temperatures (4500K, 6000K). A high-quality condenser with NA 0.90/1.25 enables the visualization of weakly or non-stained samples.

The rackless stage enables a safe x/y scanning especially for unexperienced users. BA310E's hard-coated stage is designed for a long-term usage in daily work. The 2-slide holder allows a safe and long-time evaluation of samples.

The BA310E Series allows to choose between positive and negative Phase contrast, and there are accessories to perform the Polarization contrast and simple Darkfield. The Fluorescence method may be implemented into the daily work by adding an Epi-LED Fluorescence attachment between stand and eyepiece tube. Safe, compact and environmental-friendly.
Turret Phase Contrast
Blood smears stay often without cover glass to speed up the examination. A series of Non-Cover-Glass (NCG) objectives is available for this kind of sample.
