Video inspection systems with a uniaxial design, meant for the monitoring of flat, reflecting surfaces. A 4/5-fold nosepiece carries LM Plan Achromatic lenses from the BA310-MET or ELWD Plan Apochromats from PSM1000.
The VIS models come with the choice of applying LM Plan Achromatic objectives from the BA310-MET series or LWD Plan Apochromatic objectives from PSM1000 in Extra- or Ultra Long Working Distance version. For pure eyepiece inspection, a monocular head is available.
The light intensity of the 3W LED fiber-optical coaxial illumination is regulated by a compact control box. An integrated aperture diaphragm is responsible for best image contrast. Regarding LED color temperature, 2 LED versions are available: 6000K-7000K or 3050K-3250K.
The economic pole stand includes a coarse/fine focus drive with base plate and a manual x/y stage with 100x80mm travel range. The fixed arm stand with a mechanical stage of 75x50mm travel range and a high-precision focusing block of 1 µm minimum increment allows finest inspections in z-direction.
