The PSM Series are OEM-ready setups for best image results of flat, reflective specimen. ELWD Plan Apochromatic objectives deliver stupendous true sided images for fast orientation and manipulation work.
The ELWD Plan Apochromatic objectives with Long-Working-Distance and high transmittance facilitate the implementation of the PSM optics into laser probe stations. The PSM carries a 3-pos. tube lens turret: 1X UV/VIS (355-532nm), 1X IR/VIS (532-1064nm) and 2X for variable laser applications.
The PSM models require an external light source with fiber-optical light guide. The built-in Aperture is responsible for image contrast.
The 4-fold nosepiece has got individually centerable objective positions for a perfectly parcentric setup when changing the magnification. Focusing is done by a high precision focus block of 1µ minimum increment carrying the optic body.
The PSM optics is for Brightfield applications with Incident light. The optional Polarizer and Analyzer are ready for Polarization contrast, but also to avoid undesirable reflections with low magnifications.
