Motic’s BA210LED features EC Plan Achromatic objectives in a CCIS© Infinity setup.
Stage
The BA210LED stage carries a safe x/y control stage for inexperienced users. A hard-coated stage surface enables a consistent sample movement across a 76x 50mm range.
Illumination
The BA210LED microscope features a 3W LED illumination system in a Fixed Koehler setup.
Condenser
The high-quality condenser with NA 1.25 enables the individual visualization of weakly or non-stained samples.
Phase Contrast
The Phase contrast concept of Motic’s BA series offers a choice between positive and negative Phase version, a rare option in modern microscopy. While the positive version is the established standard, some users, especially in the IVF field (sperm motility measurements based on image analysis) prefer the negative version. All Phase contrast objectives are derived from the EC-H optics of the BA410E, Motic’s flagship of the BA series.
Contrast methods
All basic Contrast methods can easily be added. The microscope is prepared for Phase contrast with turret condenser, Polarization contrast and Darkfield.
