The Panthera E2 Series features new CCIS© Plan Ultra Contrast objectives with a stunning image quality both in Brightfield and Phase contrast. The standard N-WF 10X/20 widefield eyepieces allow an easy sample overview. A diopter adjustment of +/-5dpt (on both eyepieces) allows a perfect adaption to the individual eyesight.
The Panthera E2 microscopes carry a 1W LED light source in a Fixed Koehler setup. Illumination intensity is indicated by a ring of LEDs placed around the nosepiece. The condenser with slider slot and NA 0.90/1.25 enables the visualization of weakly or non-stained samples.
Robust and reliable for decades of use. The reversed orientation of the 4-fold nosepiece enables a trouble-free change of slides. The coaxial coarse and fine focus with tension adjustment in the Panthera E models allows a smooth movement through the sample in z-direction. A new rackless stage allows a safe scanning in x/y.
All basic Contrast methods can easily be added to the package of a Panthera E2. The microscope is prepared for Phase contrast, Polarization contrast and Darkfield.
